We provide chimney, dryer vent, air duct, and related cleaning services at your specified location.
2. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information for bookings.
Ensure safe access to your premises.
Follow any pre-service instructions (e.g., keeping the area accessible).
3. Subscription & Payments
Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Payments will be auto-deducted as per your selected plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date via the app.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a booked service up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
5. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide high-quality services but are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Damage resulting from misuse of our app or services beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey/USA.
📄 Payment Terms – Subscription Model
Subscription fees will be charged automatically on the due date.
You authorize us to store your payment method for recurring payments.
You can update payment details in the app.
If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend services until resolved.
You can cancel anytime; service will continue until the end of the paid period.
